訪談結果歷史紀錄: 我的病人大概在三個月前發生這個問題。他開始逐漸胸口逐漸緩痛，痛是一種緩慢性的疾病。不是立即性的。但之後他工作時雙手麻木造成工作困難，這個問題發生在他的工作時候使用運動或一些肌肉上的使用造成發生。

History: My patient looks apparently alight before 3 months. Then he started complaining the gradual pain in his chest. The pain was a slow onset, it was followed by the numbness in heads . The problem increases agree some exercise for muscular work.
